Our Project Director, Joelle, and Samantha, our Head of Design, led the charge on transforming the kitchen and two bathrooms by conceptualizing a design, sourcing skilled subcontractors, and overseeing the entire project to ensure the home was ready for the market in September. Within just eight days of being listed, the house received multiple offers and sold for almost $400,000 over the asking price.

Home Concierge played a pivotal role in preparing the home for sale through a thorough design exploration that included permit plans, 3D renderings, and material selection. We refreshed the kitchen by refacing the cabinets and replacing the countertops, backsplash, and appliances. Additionally, we remodeled the primary bathroom, the second bathroom, and upgraded the electrical system throughout the entire home.
