Liz Bird, the agent from Sotheby's, was aware that this custom-built home in North Manhattan Beach, which was 20 years old, needed some attention before it could be put on the market. However, the unexpected happened when it sold for a record price in no time! The entire home refresh was managed by Project Directors Susan and Jody, who worked alongside Samantha, our Head of Design, to select the perfect bathroom, kitchen, and lighting options for the space. After nine weeks, we delivered the home, fully prepared to be listed.

Home Concierge's involvement in this project included the installation of new flooring throughout, painting of the interior and exterior, installation of new paint, drawer knobs and backsplash in the kitchen, complete remodelling of the primary bathroom, updating of the powder bathroom, upgrading of the electrical system in the home, replacement of hardware, lights, and fans throughout, deep cleaning, and staging.
